The “key” to Equipping Young Leaders

One of the key things we hear repeatedly from alumni is that the Forge mentorship program was instrumental in preparing them for their careers, that it equipped them with hands-on wisdom, and that it strengthened them in their personal and spiritual lives.

The mentorship pairing is a key area of investment during the Forge Mentorship Academy year and we work to pair students and mentors who can work together to strengthen the conservative movement.

I want to share with you some of the amazing mentors who have given of their time and talents over the past several years to ensure that the next generation is equipped for leadership.

We are so grateful for Forge mentors who generously give of their time to our students who want to follow in their footsteps. Year after year, we celebrate the stories of our mentors and alumni who continue to grow in their relationships and create a world where long-term, strategic work can bolster the conservative movement. Thank you for seeing the value of these relationships and making these mentorship journeys possible!
