Joseph Backholm is Senior Fellow for Biblical Worldview and Strategic Engagement at Family Research Council. He combines extensive legal, political, and policy experience with a love for the way biblical truth cultivates human flourishing.

Previously, Mr. Backholm served as legal counsel and Director of “What Would You Say?” at the Colson Center for Christian Worldview where he developed and launched a growing platform that creates short, animated videos answering common questions about faith and culture. His YouTube career began as a self-identified “6’5 Chinese Woman” in a series of YouTube videos exploring the logic of gender identity.

He served as a legislative attorney for three years and spent 10 years as the President and General Counsel of the Family Policy Institute of Washington in Washington State where he managed educational, legislative, and electoral operations on behalf of life, marriage, religious freedom, and parental rights. He led three ballot initiatives on marriage and gender privacy.

He is a Washington State native who loves travel, sports, and whatever his kids are into. Joseph received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his law degree from Seattle University. He and his wife Brook have four children.

Patrina Mosley, M.A.,is founder and principal at PPM Consulting, LLC, where she helps organizations, campaigns, and policymakers elevate women’s dignity issues with a special focus on the African-American community.

Heather Pfitzenmaier serves as Senior Talent Program Advisor at the State Policy Network. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Director of Strategic Engagement at the Network of enlightened Women. Before that, Pfitzenmaier was Executive Vice President, and earlier Vice President and Director of Chapter Programs, at America’s Future Foundation.

Prior to her time at AFF, Pfitzenmaier served as Director of the Young Leaders Program, and earlier as Intern Coordinator, at the Heritage Foundation. She is the recipient of Forbes magazine “30 Under 30” in law and policy, the Young Conservatives Coalition Buckley Award, and “30 Under 30′′ recognition by Red Alert Politics. In addition, Pfitzenmaier serves on the Advisory Board of the Forge Leadership Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan and currently resides in the great state of Michigan with her husband and their three boys.

Jim Olson served for over thirty years as the Directorate of Operations of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), mostly overseas in clandestine operations. He is a professor of the practice at the Bush School, where he teaches courses on intelligence and counterintelligence.

Vivek Ramaswamy is an entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful enterprises. He is also the author of “Woke, Inc.:Inside Corporate America’s Social Justice Scam.”

Bob was chosen by his colleagues to be a member of the coveted Intelligence Committee and also the Rules Committee which oversees all legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives. He also was a member of the U.S. delegation to the European Parliament for 10 years. Currently he serves as the Executive Director of the Washington – based Council for National Policy.

Bob and his wife, Liz, have four children and six grandchildren – and make their homes in Cincinnati, Ohio and Fairfax Station, Virginia.

Beverly Hallberg is the founder and president of District Media Group. An expert media coach, lecturer, and public speaker with more than 20 years of experience, she has trained Members of Congress, CEOs, policy wonks, reporters, non-profit and movement leaders, and politicos. Beverly is a guest columnist for the Daily Signal, Washington Examiner, and The Hill, and is a frequent contributor on Fox News and Fox Business.

Scott Klusendorf is President of Life Training Institute and host of the television series, “Life is Best” featured on the National Religious Broadcasting Network. He is a passionate and engaging pro-life lecturer, collegiate debater, author and speaker. His presentations have been featured on the nationally syndicated programs of many Christian leaders like Dr. James Dobson, Albert Mohler, Lee Strobel, Hank Hanegraaff, Dr. D. James Kennedy, and Billy Graham.

With a degree from UCLA and a Masters Degree in Apologetics from Biola University, he has participated in debates and lectures at over 80 colleges and universities including Stanford, USC, UCLA, UNC, MIT, U.S. Air Force Academy and many others. His debate opponents have included Nadine Strossen, President of the ACLU (1991-2008) – Kathryn Kolbert, an attorney that has argued for abortion rights in a United States Supreme Court case – and Kathy Kneer, President of Planned Parenthood of California. He makes a persuasive case for life and equips thousands of people everywhere to communicate their pro-life convictions to a secular culture. He has an uncanny ability to communicate the truth clearly and his passion for life is contagious.

Previously, Elliot practiced law as an associate at Boyden Gray & Associates PLLC in Washington, D.C., and in the litigation and appeals groups in the D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He also served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. at the Supreme Court of the United States, the Honorable Judge Neomi Rao on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and the Honorable Judge Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Before receiving his J.D. at the University of Chicago, Elliot worked as a graduate fellow covering anti-poverty and immigration issues at The Heritage Foundation. He has written for Christianity Today, The Federalist, and Newsweek.

Elliot also holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College, where he studied Political Economy and Classical Rhetoric in the Dow Journalism Program. Elliot enjoys playing the cello, swimming in the Great Lakes, rooting for the Buckeyes, and re-reading the poetry of T.S. Eliot.

Arthur Milikh is the executive director of The Claremont Institute’s Center for the American Way of Life. He specializes in American political thought.

Milikh has advised elected political leaders at the highest national and state levels, and has lectures across the country at the nation’s top universities.

Previously, he was the Associate Director of the Center for American Studies and AWC Family Foundation Fellow at The Heritage Foundation. Prior to Heritage, he worked at the House Committee on Armed Services and at The Hudson Institute.

Milikh’s writings have appeared in The Claremont Review of Books, National Affairs, City Journal, Real Clear Politics, Law & Liberty, and American Greatness. He is the editor of Up from Conservatism: Revitalizing the Right after a Generation of Decay (Encounter, 2023).
