Forge Leads Youth Leadership Training at Bringing America Back to Life

On Friday, March 6, 2015, Forge Leadership Network had the honor of participating in the first-ever Youth Leadership Program at the Bringing America Back to Life Convention in Cleveland, OH. Adam Josefczyk joined three other presenters who gave hour-long presentations to high school students active in the pro-life movement.

Forge helped walk the students through a process of dissecting how and where to make their impact as leaders. Through an interactive workshop experience, Adam helped students examine their personal leadership style and strengths and weaknesses, identify where they want to lead, recognize the importance of the role that mentoring plays in leadership development, and better understand how Forge Leadership Network can serve and equip them as they take next steps in leadership.
